Keep patient and referring-doctor records, pick from 129 bundled tests and 62 test profiles, and issue a clean A4 pathology report on your own pre-printed letterhead — with a digital signature in the PDF, an optional tag line under the lab name, and patient IDs and report numbers that follow your own numbering.
